Returns and exchanges
Customer returns
We give our items a 30-day right of exchange and return. You also have the right to exchange the items you have ordered free of charge for another size or another item at the same price. If you return the entire order, we will refund the amount of the items and the delivery costs. We will only accept items purchased from the Ponsseshop.com online store for return in accordance with our return policy.
Return policy
We only accept flawless new items for return or exchange. The items must be returned by all item labels intact and in their original packaging. We do not accept used, washed or items with pet hair for return. The items may be tried on and the properties examined as in a physical store, even when purchased, if the condition of sale of the item or packaging is not decreased. Do not make a label on the original packaging of the items. Note: If the item has been used or the original packaging has been damaged, the return will not be accepted. In such cases, we will send the item (s) back to the customer.
Instructions for making a return
Please let us know about your return in advance for us to be aware of your return. Make a return notification by contacting store@ponsse.com.
Add the following information to your email:
- Customer's contact information
- Order number
- Item (s) to be returned; or
- Replaceable item (s); and
- New item
We will process the return notification within approximately one business day and send additional instructions for return by e-mail. Please do not send items before we have responded to your return notification to ensure the return is processed in a timely manner.
Pack the return either in the original box where the order was delivered or in another suitable packaging for transport. Please attach a completed return form.
Visit our EU return portal and order the return label. Take the return parcel in a parcel shop.
Please keep the receipt of the return shipment.
Refund
We will refund the price of the returned items once we have received and processed your return. The normal return processing time is about two weeks. During busier times such as Christmas it may be slightly longer. The money will be refunded to the payment method you used in connection with the order. A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
If you have paid for your order using a gift voucher, the refunded amount will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher.
