Terms of delivery
Webshop products are sold by Ponsse Plc (business ID: 0934209-0). We sell products to adult residents of Finland and the EU region. We retain the right to make changes to prices and postage charges. Uncollected deliveries are not treated as a returned deliveries; otherwise all products have a 14-day right of return. Any abuse of the order system will be reported to the authorities.
Value added tax
All prices for orders from the Webshop delivered to private persons in Finland and the EU region include value added tax. Value added tax is not included in orders for corporate customers and orders delivered outside the EU region.
For orders without value added tax, please enter your valid VAT ID (without country code, i.e. 12345678 instead of FI12345678) in shopping cart. Validation is done automatically.
The products are ordered via the Internet at www.ponsseshop.com using the shopping basket.
A confirmation email is sent for all orders, which includes the price of the order, delivery expenses and the products ordered. Receiving an order confirmation requires including an email address in the order.
The customer commits to the current terms of delivery with each order.

The products and their postal charges are paid for when the order is placed. The following payment methods may be used on the Webshop: Credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Eurocard, Diners Club and JCB). Payment takes place through Paytrail Plc's website.
Payment service provider
The payment transfer and payment service provider is Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the recipient of the payment in the bank statement and credit card invoice and transfers the payment to the seller. Paytrail Plc is an authorized payment institution. In the case of any complaints, we request that the provider of the product be contacted first.

We do not ask for the customer's personal identity code or store any customer information on the server. This means the buyer is not subjected to any security risks.
We deliver products on weekdays. Delivery time is 3–14 days, depending on the country of delivery.
Should we discover we are unable to deliver on time after we have received the order, we will immediately inform the customer, and if they do not approve of the new delivery time, they have the right to cancel the purchase. However, the seller is not liable for any expenses or harm caused by the cancellation and only the price of the product will be refunded.
Delivery charges include postage and packaging costs. You can view the delivery charges after you have chosen the payment and delivery methods in the shopping basket. We deliver the orders as a parcel that can be monitored using a tracking number.
Mistakes in transportation
If the product disappears or is damaged during transport or the customer receives the wrong product, the customer should notify firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notifications about mistaken deliveries or faulty products must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the parcel has been damaged during delivery, a claim must be made immediately to the post office.
Conditions of exchanges and returns
According to Finnish consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products still in their original packaging.
Attach the following information to the returned product:
-your customer number, name, address and phone number
-your bank account number
-a copy of the Ponsseshop.com order confirmation
