Delivery information

When you order from Ponsseshop.com you can select delivery with GLS or Posti upon its availability based on the destination. We deliver all orders over 100 € without shipping costs!

Delivery costs depend on the destination of delivery. The final delivery costs are shown in the shopping cart.

Orders will usually be delivered from Finland within 3-8 working days after receiving the order. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to the European Union countries, Norway and Switzerland. We will only deliver to residential and business addresses.

Please note that we cannot deliver to United States, United Kingdom, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Guyane Francaise, New Caledonia, Martinique, Mayotte and Reunion and Canary Islands.  Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes, packing stations or BFPO addresses.

Please note that customers are responsible for all possible taxes, duties and/or tariffs if orders ship outside EU.

Posti Parcel Connect parcels are delivered within 3-9 business days after shipping. Your parcel is trackable. In most countries, you can also redirect the parcel to a pickup point. You will receive a delivery notice in advance.

Posti PickUp Parcel is available in Sweden and Denmark. Your parcel is delivered within 2–6 business days after shipping. Choose a service point or parcel locker. Your parcel is trackable.

Deliveries: Monday to Friday in Sweden. Deliveries Monday to Saturday in Denmark. You'll receive a pickup notice. 

Posti Parcel Baltic is available in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Your parcel is delivered within 1–4 business days after shipping. Choose a service point or parcel locker. Your parcel is trackable. 

You'll receive a pickup notice. Deliveries Monday to Friday, except in the capital regions also on weekends. 

Your parcel is delivered to a pickup point, parcel locker or to the delivery address within 3-8 business days. You can select the pickup point from the menu. You can choose preferred pickup point later on as well.
